30ml tequila, 20ml Mezcal el Gusano, 10ml lime juice, 50ml pomelo juice, cinnamon syrup, passion fruit, soda water mixed with crushed ice.

50ml of Bacardi White Rum, 20ml coconut puree, 10ml banana liqueur, 50ml pineapple Juice mixed with crushed ice.

50 ml of Bacardi White Rum, 30 ml lime juice, 20ml sugar syrup, mint, soda water, 3 dashes of angostura, garnished with mint and lime, and mixed with crushed ice.

60ml Bombay Sapphire Bramble, 30ml lime juice, 5ml raspberry syrup finished with fresh raspberry brocheta and mixed with crushed ice.

50ml vodka, 30ml lime juice, 15ml Strawberry puree, angostura, ginger beer mixed with crushed ice.

25ml house aged rum, 25ml spiced rum, 230ml lime juice, 15ml Triple Sec, 20ml orgeat syrup mixed with crushed ice.

20ml Lambs Navy Rum, 20ml passion fruit puree, 50ml fresh orange juice, 10ml Liquor 43, 10ml Martini Rosso, 60ml red wine, soda water mixed with crushed ice. Garnished with mint Leaves, ginger and fresh strawberries.
